  Overall I have few complaints with the hotel. I do have a problem with a hotel getting 3 stars when you do not get daily housekeeping service. In fact I was there 6 nights without any housekeeping service. I was informed that this would be the case when I checked in so it came as no surprise. Staff was very congenial and helpful. Facility was well kept. The floors are thin however and it sounded as though someone was herding cattle above me one night. A call to the front desk remedied this until about 4:15 AM when it started up again. That was one night out of 6 so I guess it wasn't all that bad. I feel a * star rating would have been more appropriate.

  Our hotel experience was one of the best ones we have ever had. If we had more time available we would have stayed a few more days. The rooms were very nice, the kitchenettes were cute, and we absolutely loved the 24/7 store in the lobby. The one regret we have is that we never made it into the pool, although we did go check it out at least.

  Our hotel experience was excellent. the satff was friendly and very helpful. the hotel was clean and comfortable. would definitely stay there again!!
